Romantic Things To Do in Bangkok On A Windy Chilly Valentines Day
Valentine’s Day across Thailand is becoming increasingly popular and nowhere more so than in Bangkok but beware - don’t forget - your better half has woken up this morning expecting spoils!
This year extra snuggling is forecast for Valentine’s Day in Thailand as temperatures across the nation are expected to drop over the next couple of days. Bangkok is expected to reach a low of 19C on today due to a high pressure system from the north means strong winds and lower temperatures are expected, according to the Thai Meteorological Department.
Don’t let the colder weather spoil your Valentine’s Day though because Bangkok is full of romantic things to do, like arranging a few hours of indulgent pampering at a luxury spa. Taking in a romantic movie together - in the VIP seats, of course. Having a romantic dinner on the Chao Phraya River with one of the many dinner cruise tours or, if eating on water isn’t your thing, how about a romantic drink and dinner in one of Bangkok’s many roof top bars, like Octave or amBar so you can take in the views and sunset.
If all of that is a bit too mainstream and cliche for you, then why not try something a little different like going for a bike ride together, cooking a feast together at home and then overdosing on romantic movies or you could go out and party the night away tonight - just the two of you.
Whatever you decide to do this Valentines Day we hope you have an unforgettable time together in Bangkok, the Venice of the East, today.
